By accessing or using Gaddr Jobs (the "Platform"), creating an account, or clicking "I agree" during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Gaddr Jobs ("Company", "we", "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Gaddr Jobs is an AI-powered talent marketplace that connects freelancers, job seekers, and employers. The Platform provides:
We act as a venue and technology provider. We are not a party to any employment, freelance, or contractual relationship between Users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work, and we do not employ freelancers or guarantee payments outside our escrow system.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The Platform serves different user types with distinct responsibilities:

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide matching, screening, summaries, interview coaching, and other features. These AI features are provided for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
You acknowledge that:
Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job listings. Listings must not contain discriminatory language, false information, or violate applicable employment laws.
Freelancers are responsible for the accuracy of their applications and proposals. Submitting false qualifications, fabricated portfolios, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to remove any listing or application that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.
When an employer accepts a proposal or issues a contract through the Platform, a binding agreement is formed between the two parties. We are not a party to this agreement and do not guarantee performance by either party.
Payment terms, milestones, and deliverables are agreed upon directly between the employer and freelancer. Until our payment infrastructure is fully implemented, payment arrangements are made outside the Platform at the Users' own risk.
Reviews and ratings reflect the genuine experience of Users. You may not leave reviews for yourself, exchange reviews for compensation, or leave reviews that are defamatory, harassing, or unrelated to actual work performed.
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms. Users may dispute reviews they believe are fraudulent or defamatory through our dispute resolution process.
Creating an account, browsing opportunities, and using core features are free. We may introduce premium features, service fees, or transaction fees in the future. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
When payment processing is available, we use Stripe Connect for secure payment handling. You agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Gaddr Jobs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without written permission.
You retain ownership of content you create and post on the Platform (profiles, portfolios, job listings, proposals). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

If a dispute arises between Users, you agree to first attempt to resolve it directly with the other party. If direct resolution fails, you may use our dispute resolution feature on the Platform.
Any dispute between you and Gaddr Jobs shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out within 30 days of account creation. You may opt out by emailing legal@gaddr.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaddr Jobs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaddr Jobs and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the Platform or its Users. We will notify you by email before termination unless prohibited by law.
Upon termination, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, including job listings, user profiles, AI-generated recommendations, or reviews.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
